Aspects Magazine is the official publication of SIU School of Medicine. First published in 1977, each quarterly issue is distributed free of charge to SIU School of Medicine alumni, house staff alumni, faculty, employees, students, donors, as well as state politicians, local community centers, and the public, bringing news of SIU to 10,000 individuals across Illinois and throughout the world.

SCOPE is the annual literary arts magazine of SIU School of Medicine. First published in 1994, the magazine is produced each year by an ever-changing group of medical students who volunteer to coordinate the magazine. With dozens of entries published every year in poetry, prose and artwork, the magazine illustrates the artistic and creative energy of the SIU School of Medicine community.

Teaching and Learning in Medicine (TLM) is an international journal for scholarly state-of-the art research on the purposes and processes of teaching and learning in the education of medical professionals. Its articles address practical issues in the conduct of medical education, as well as issues more basic to medical education, and provide analysis and empirical research needed to facilitate educational decision making by administrators, teachers, and learners. Its scope includes all levels of medical education, from premedical to postgraduate and continuing medical education./p>
